The Saturday 27 June concerts on the Grande Scène Icelandic, as well as the screenings and artistic encounters at the Théâtre de la Coupe d’Or, will be announced soon.

What types of tickets are available?
Depending on the evening and the concerts at the Corderie Royale:

No claims will be accepted after purchase.
Are there any reduced rates?
Yes, reduced rates apply, subject to availability, to RSA beneficiaries, jobseekers and children under 12. Proof of status will be requested at the entrance.
The eligible categories and prices are specified in the ticketing module.
Discounts cannot be applied after payment.
Can I cancel or exchange my ticket?
No. In accordance with regulations on live shows, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a concert being cancelled by the festival. Any refund procedures are detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Can I book by phone?
We do not offer phone reservations.
If you are near Rochefort, you can go directly to the Rochefort Océan Tourist Office or the Rochefort FNAC store.
I’ve lost my ticket, how can I get it back?
- If you bought your ticket online, use the ticket retrieval link at the top of the ticketing module with your email address.If you bought your ticket from a physical outlet (Fnac, Cultura, Leclerc, Tourist Office), please contact that outlet directly.

Each year, the festival sets up dedicated services for disabled audiences and people with reduced mobility so that everyone can enjoy the concerts in the best possible conditions (welcome team, platforms, reserved seating), in partnership with the Fondation pour l’Audition.
To benefit from this, you must:
- Fill in the online form
You must complete it before purchasing your tickets.
The number of places on the platforms and in the reserved areas is limited.
A person with a disability may be accompanied by one companion, subject to availability. - Have proof of your disability
Disability card, mobility inclusion card, European parking card, etc. This document may be requested at the entrance to access the dedicated areas. - Talk with the team
Once the form has been sent, a member of the team will contact you to confirm your request and assist you with purchasing your tickets.

Access to the festival and concerts
All festival venues are accessible to disabled audiences and people with reduced mobility.
The Main Stage has a raised platform reserved for wheelchair users and their companions. Access is subject to prior booking and proof of disability. Please contact us in advance.
Parking
Reserved parking spaces for disabled audiences are available:
- Location: Rue Pujos, between Rue des Broussailles and Rue Audebert
- Drop-off possible in front of the Main Stage entrance, then access to the parking via Rue du Petit Port Marchand for the driver
- Capacity: around 15 to 25 spaces
- Hours: opens 30 minutes before doors open
Booking and proof of disability are required to access this dedicated car park.
Hearing loops
Some venues are equipped with hearing loops to improve sound for people with hearing aids:
- Apollo Ciné 8
- Cinémobile
- Théâtre de la Coupe d’Or
To use them, simply switch your hearing aid to the T position.
Accessible programme
Part of the programme is offered with specific accessibility features.
The detailed list of accessible screenings will be posted online and updated regularly on our website.
Audio description is available for all screenings at Apollo Ciné 8 and at the Cinémobile.

Dois-je imprimer mon billet ?
No. The digital version on your phone is sufficient, as long as the QR code is clearly readable.
Minimum age and children’s admission
For safety and comfort reasons for everyone, a few rules apply to younger audiences:
- Access to the Corderie Royale is not recommended for children under 6. The festival declines all responsibility for hearing risks, jostling or incidents to which these children may be exposed.
- Minors under 16 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
- Minors aged 16 to 18 may attend the festival only with written authorisation from their parents or legal guardian, with no possibility of a refund.
- Minors remain at all times under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardian. Written authorisation from the parents is required if they are attending with another adult.
- It is strongly recommended that all audience members use suitable hearing protection, especially children.
- In accordance with the law, the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited.
Are there any cloakrooms or left-luggage facilities?
No, there are no cloakroom or left-luggage facilities on the festival site. We recommend that you travel light.
Which items are prohibited on the festival site?
To ensure everyone’s safety, certain items are strictly prohibited, including:
- Suitcases and large-capacity bags
- Glass bottles, cans, containers over 50 cl
- Weapons, sharp or dangerous objects
- Flares, aerosols, camping stoves, explosive or flammable liquids
- Drugs and alcohol brought in from outside
- Drones, selfie sticks, laser pointers, megaphones, sirens
- Professional photo and video cameras, unauthorised recording equipment
- Motorbike helmets

Can I bring food or drinks?
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in reasonable quantities.
Food and bar stands are also available on site.
